Mariannes ice cream is amazing. I told the worker Claire that it was my birthday this week. She put a candle in my ice cream

We went to Marianne's for ice cream cones. I liked my mint chip cone. My husband liked his pistachio ice cream cone. They have a very long list of favorites to choose from. This is a legendary ice cream place in Santa Cruz. Service was...very good.More

Marianne's has been in San Cruz forever and it's easy to see why. Their ice cream is great. You may have to take a number and wait but it's worth it. The 10 20 ice cream is great. They don't always have their almond ice...cream but give it a taste if they do. And they rock Kahlua as well.More

Where the magic of Marianne's starts. Our daughter worked at the main ocean St store so how can I have anything bad to say about Charlie & Kelly's business? Great flavors (many flavors) and make sure to take note of the dancing cows on the...wallpaper in the Ocean St store.More

Wow. The flavors are amazing and varied. We all chose different ones, the Mandarin Chocolate was to die for.

A local favorite and for those in the know a place to stop before going over the hill to San Jose. Creamy is how I describe the ice Cream. Lived here from 1965 - 1972 and went here a lot for their Rocky Road, Yum.

This hand made ice cream was worthy of a long drive in the 60's when I first began going there and it continues to be of super high quality. You can now buy 2 quarts of handpacked ice cream for $10, saving greatly over the...cone or dish price. Outstanding quality!More

This is a lovely small shop (other places offer Marianne's, but I am reviewing the location on Ocean St) that has some of the richest, most wonderful ice cream that you're likely to find. If you like complex combinations of nuts, caramel, coffee, toffee, and...other yummy components, you'll love this rich ice cream. Locally owned, and loved by the community.More

Marianne's prides itself on making sugar-free desserts. However, I can taste the artificial sweeteners used. I can see the benefits of this ice cream for diabetics. Otherwise, I strongly prefer Penny Ice-Creamery.
