It was OK and pricey. They show you a basket for fries and then give you a small pocket of fries. Now I know. Bait and switch.

The burgers here are awesome as expected! I got a southwest burger with guac and pepper jack cheese. The onion rings, sweet potato fries and regular fries were all delicious. We all split everything and I took a shake to go! It was great, casual and exactly what we needed.

We have a daughter who lives in the South Bay, and so when we come to visit we often head over to the coast on Highway 17. Rolling into Santa Cruz at lunch time, the inevitable first stop is Betty's Burgers. The parking is very limited, but that's the only knock on this place. The burgers are high quality and... More

Fast friendly and an awesome selection of local beers. The service is great and it's right across from the laundrymat. I the shakes are awesome the fries thin cut and crispy just the way I like it. Bathrooms are clean and plenty of parking.

The worst Hamburger ever. Overcooked . soggy bun. old veg. yuck yucky. It's close to the beach. So you can go throw up in the ocean afterwards. They do have beer so that's a plus. The fries were fine I guess. I ate about 2 bites of the burger. I love burgers. This was just about the worst one Ive... More

Ended up here somewhat by accident as our party of 14 could not find a place in Santa Cruz to accommodate our relatively large group for breakfast. Fortunately, this place open up at 11:am and they were ready to serve us as soon as the doors opened. Burgers were very good and cooked perfectly. Sweet potato fries also rocked. Need... More
