Locals may know it as Casa Pasilla, Rosarito has a variety of menu options to choose from ranging from breakfast to alcohol. All the workers are very friendly, we visit so much they are starting to recognize me as a frequent customer. Complimentary chips and...salsa always. Portion sizes are HUGE. Busy during lunch rush but well worth the wait!More
We went here on a recommendation from friends and were glad we stopped. The food was freshly made and tasted fantastic. I highly recommend the chili relleno. It is the best I have ever had at a restaurant. Just as good as homemade. The value...for our meals was better than expected. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely return and will recommend the restaurant to everyone.
Thanks for a delicious meal.More
We are Mexican foodies from So Cal and have to been to many Mexican restaurants from San DIego to Santa Barbara. Seriously, this is the best consistent, tasty, fresh, all of the above buzz words Mexican food you'll ever taste. We were visiting in Valencia...for 4 days and went there to eat at least one meal each day. We enjoyed their soup to their fresh chips / salsa bar to their Gringa Tostada to their Carnitas Rosarito Bowl to breakfast burrito and more. They have dishes on the menu we have never seen before, sorry we couldn't try everything but we had to go home - but will be back! I with them continued success!More
We decided to try Rosaritas after a 4th of July trip to Six Flags. We were tired and hungry... and very glad they were open until 9pm on the holiday. WOW!!!! It was so good!!! The food was excellent and the service was great!!! I...just wish there was one near where we live. Excellent is an understatement!!!More
My mixed fajita plate was $17 and consisted of mostly chicken and shrimp (extra $3 for the shrimp). Very little steak. The taste was good and the salsa bar was very good although the containers were small cups and not sufficient. The corn tortillas were...decent. Overall not bad but as I indicated this probably was over-priced and should have been below $10.More
This place was a pleasant surprise, having never heard of it. It's small but crowded because the food is very tasty and flavorful. Loved the Colorado chile dish. Everything looked fresh and tasted delicious. Highly recommended.
Rosario's was a very nice surprise. I am a fan of Tex-Mex. this was not quite Tex-Mex but really good! Loved the salsa and chips!
I had a taco and enchilada. I usually prefer ground beef for tacos, but the shredded beef in the taco...was excellent. Hope to return.More
