Greater Pacific used to be called "The Vines" restaurant before being renamed recently. It's essentially the same restaurant, but with sushi and more seafood menu items. Their food is good and on the "fancy" side, which means that your check might be more than you expected. Portions are smaller than usual, with higher then normal prices. But the restaurant's sushi is surprisingly good and their appetizers are tasty. Happy Hour prices are reasonable, including specials on smaller portion menu items and drink deals.

I routinely travel and stay at the Hyatt for work, and Greater Pacific is honestly one of my favorite places to eat and drink in Santa Clarita. The food is good and the prices are reasonable, especially during happy hour. GP's bartender Reanne is awesome at her job and takes the time to actually make sure every food and drink order is on-time and as-advertised. Eat and/or drink here!

This recently redone Hyatt restaurant has tasty breakfast. The bacon was delicious and I loved the choices. There is a buffet option though I have never had it.

One of my favorite restaurants at Valencia Mall was packed like the 7th game of the World Series so I thought I’d give Greater Pacific at the Hyatt a try.I hadn’t heard much about it and wasn’t expecting a whole but the food was very good but what made the whole thing even better was the service. From Renee and Rose serving in the restaurant and Melissa behind the bar it couldn’t possibly get any better and am glad i gave it a try.I’ll definitely come back especially knowing the great customer service I had I’d have no problem recommending Greater Pacific to others. They also have several televisions and all tuned to the NFL Monday night game.Perfect night all the way around!

Ok, this is a hotel restaurant, and as such, is judged in a category unto itself. There is no organization to the service staff, so we waited 10 minutes for menus, 10 more minutes for coffee and orders (from a different server), tried to ask about the buffet and was told to wait for our server (who? which one?) and then paid 12 dollars for yogurt, that was served for 9 dollars in the to go area of the lobby.
The brunch is priced at 21 dollars, but the offerings are paltry and standard. It makes more sense to order off the menu if you have 1:00 or more for breakfast on a saturday. The food is fine to fine minus. Instead of waiting the extra 40 minutes your could drive to egg plantation.

I had a late dinner and with a colleague ordered some sushi, chicken wings and drinks.
The sushi, various types, had been seasoned with a strong curry powder, at least by the taste, and rather than a wasabi type of quick spicy headburn experience stuck to your tongue with increasing unpleasant spicy ness for at least half an hour. Never have I had such bad sushi - or what shouldn’t be called sushi - before.
My friend had chicken wings, which seemed to have been soaked in, and just taken out of a bath of vinegar. Basically not edible.
Just two bar foods, but not promising.

Not sure the price was worth the limited menu and availability. I will probably eat out at a nearby restaurant.
