We were part of a large family group, eating at a long established restaurant that part of the family had frequented in the 80's and 90's. They have a lot of 49er memorabilia as bar décor including Super Bowl trophy replicas (I assume they're replicas since the only logical place for the originals is at HQ rather than a bar).... More
Great food, location and service. Very busy on holidays and weekends. Parking is limited, but you may be able to park right across Woodhams Rd
Great spot for traditional Italian food and seafood. Our party had absolutely fabulous Salmon that was perfectly cooked and well seasoned. Mashed potatoes were spot on and very creamy. I had a wonderful spicy Blackened Jambalaya served on a spicy bed of rice. They are used to handling a lot of volume so the servers seem to be geared towards... More
Local famous spot for fresh seafood and Italian food! Comfortable, cozy banquets, wonderful sports bar area, also great take-out. Love the lunch specials as well. Service can be sketchy when they are really busy, but the food is wonderful and classic. Home cooking kind of good.
This restaurant has gone down in quality and way up in price in the past several months; they no longer serve bread with and extra charge, the quantity of food has been reduced (size / portions), and of course, the price has increased to offset the higher wages and profit for the business. Went there for my Husband's birthday dinner. We had not been here in years after moving away 16 years ago. So we thought it would be fun to go back to our old stopping grounds. Wish we gone some place else. All e had steaks just because there fish choices were not all appealing. Only good thing we had was... More
We used to enjoy By The Bucket Bar and Grill. However now they've made changes to cut corners and enjoyment. Food selection is not great and charging for bread is a very "cheap shot". We will never go back......

Ambiance is old-school, feels like the restaurant has been around since the 1950's (which maybe it has been). Our server was friendly and efficient. The food, however, was not the best, and expensive for what you got. A pasta and seafood dish was disliked to the point that it went unfinished and we didn't even take the leftovers home. The... More
