We used to go to Steve's; now we go to Terraza. Same place, new name. Have only had breakfast, but someday I'll try the tri-tips.

This is not called Steve's anymore but the new restaurant is equally as good. The service and the food were great.

Was not too impressed with this place. My wife and I went for breakfast. The patio is nice enough overlooking De La Vina Street. It is calm and relaxing. Coffee is mediocre. They are not too hip on substitutions, my wife asked for one but was turned down. She got a veggie omelette which she said was fantastic. Being a... More

Great place for breakfast. We had pancakes and eggs. Accuracy of ordering was high, given a very complex one! Good quality, very pleasant stay at terrace.

We ate at all the top spots in SB and found the food fresh, but under seasoned. Steve's was found by accident while awaiting a Rx at CVS. We had low expectations and found a great little cafe with killer omelets and a homemade hot sauce to die for. I had a California omelet which included fire roasted mushrooms, peppers... More

I had brunch there with my husband and sat on the patio. The food was good, but atmosphere was relaxed. There was one waitress handling the patio and she did an amazing job considering there was a steady flow of customers.

I live around the corner from Steve's but somehow have never tried it. My girlfriend and I simply Googled "Biscuits & Gravy in Santa Barbara" and this little gem came up. We got there, sat down, chatted with the precious waitress, and within about 10 minutes our order came up. I had the Tri Tip sandwich on Sourdough. She had... More

Steve's has been under new ownership for some time now and it seems at each visit something else has been upgraded, repainted, repaired or replaced. One big upgrade has been the quality of the food. The bacon strips are nice & thick versus the paper thin, wrinkled offerings in the past. The menu, while still the same has seen the... More

When we went to Steve's Patio Café I didn't eat my omelet (just the tasty biscuit). Full disclosure - I did taste it. Took it home, and the next morning I went to eat it and it appeared to be very moldy on top (after tasting it and it tasted like mold). I called and asked for the owner after... More
