Locals love this place....Usually we get the tacos to go...They are really great. Get plenty of lime to squeeze over the tacos...You cannot go wrong here and price is good.

Don't be put off by the rough-and-ready exterior (and interior). The tacos here are just amazing, especially the chicken fajita. Lots of lovely fresh dressings and sauces, too, but beware the green chilli sauce. Fiery!

but be forewarned, there is no air-conditioning, alcohol or a fish option. We had grilled meat, pork and chicken, and one friend even tried the tongue!

Hidden gem. Great tacos, $1.80 each! If you want something other than taco's do not go here. Staff is also really accommodating.

Best street tacos in the county. We were impressed with the soft warm tortillas, each filled with flavorful carnitas, chicken and carne asada. It's very simple fare, yet exquisitely DELICIOUS. The place was packed and people were lined up outside, but the cashier and cooks were efficient and friendly. I recommend Lilly's Tacos to anyone who enjoys authentic street tacos.

Cheap as can be but don't think that means low quality. Every taco we tried was so good. Asada, cabeza, lengua and adobado tacos. Great salsa bar too. They only serve tacos so get a bunch.

On a little corner in Santa Barbara but worth finding. Tacos are reasonably priced and taste great! Definetly try the cheek, so tender!

Off the path a little and totally worth it. These wonderful Taco places dont exist on the East coast. Simple Menu, easy to order, clean and organized and friendly....steamed beef, beef "cheek", how great. You order, get a number and they call you to pick up your food, and then go to one of the several pristine, clean salsa bars... More

This place is amazing and very true to the one and only item they sell- tacos. Pros: tacos are just around $2/ each with tax Wait time is minimal no matter how busy they are Tacos appear small but are stuffed and AMAZING. Salsas are perfectly spicy Cons: I wish they had chips and salsa because their tacos are so... More

Stumbled on this place through a Yelp search for tacos while in Santa Barbara. It's a very small place and easy to miss but well worth the visit! You order the tacos you want, help yourself to some amazing salsa, onions, and cilantro and you are in taco heaven! Definitely going back the next we are in town!
