After golf, met for dinner as recommended by friends. Margaritas were good and guacamole was very good. Chip were warm. Burrito was gigantic and carne asada very yummy as recommended by our server. Staff friendly and attentive. Sat outside and nice to have heaters. Definitely will go back

This is an ordinary and typical Mexicain/American restaurant. The atmosphere is cool, specialy if you can have a spot outside (kinda noisy inside).

In town for the long weekend, absolutely no wait time, and our server was very sweet. Highlight of the evening was the Beer-Rita - with the Coronita! The combination plate with the two large tacos is plenty of food (no need to order extra items if you're a big eater)

This place is so amazing, Art work everywhere created by Saul Alcaraz, Glassblower in Sant Barbara. The food was so delicious and great place to watch a game. Highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner, really good prices.

Went with my husband and our church couples group... My Honey had a Shrimp Cocktail a Carne Asada Burrito. He said, it was great! I had the Chicken Enchilada with Eggs Breakfast. It was very good... Sat outside in the patio area with a fire place. It was a great place to go for lunch!

I was glad to get an early lunch at Casa Blanca yesterday. A State Street Mexican spot on a weekend can be pretty disappointing but yesterday with film fiesta and a cloudy day with many restaurants not open and lines out the door on some who were, I was happy to get good service and a cheerful bar scene for... The chile relleno was super, as were the black beans. The chips, however, were greasy and heavy, and the salsa undistinguished. House margarita ok; iced tea good and promptly refilled without asking. The carnitas were tasty, but dry. They have a nice outdoor garden, but inside is no great shakes. We probably won't return.

I really tried to love this restaurant. I really did. With its ideal downtown location, ample outdoor, dog-friendly seating (with lots of heaters for those chilly SB nights), and energetic, always busy vibe, I wanted Casa Blanca to become one of my go-to places. Alas, CB is not meant to be. It's not like there's anything wrong with this place,... More

Great food, drinks and service. My wife has a seafood allergy too and After five calls to different restaurants in the area we finally found Casa Blanca. They have separate friers for tortilla chips and were able to accommodate her allergy.

I had fish and shrimp tacos, my wife had carnitas. Both were OK but not speciay good, The margarita and beer were excellent and modestly priced. This place is better for drinks with salsa and chips, not for a full meal.
