Love the authentic and large selection of Viet food and quiet atmosphere. Good price. Never forget. Could use a bit of ambiance and a little marketing.

Had delicious curry duck noodle and seafood soups, preceded by spring rolls and egg rolls. I was impressed by the service.

My friend and I wanted to grab a bite before a concert, but were in a hurry. We at here, and weren't very happy with our decision. The food was pretty terrible, the menu was confusing, and the service was mediocre. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. It is in a wonderful location and has potential, but certainly... We have eaten at Saigon many times and it has always been good. My daughter was visiting recently and we had a disappointing dinner. All dishes were poor, pho and its broth, bun.... The waitress explained that there was a new chef. Well...... We will try once more and hope it will be better.

There is nothing superb at this Vietnamese Restaurant on State Street. Food is ok, a little above average, ambiance and service, the same. You can get better Vietnamese in NYC. We ordered the spring rolls and the roasted pork with rice. The rolls were crisp, but the filling was bland. The pork dish was very good, but was very skimpy... More

Interesting, delicious, restaurant, I typically enjoy their soups but have learned about their Fish and pork dishes which are equally great. They offer a whole fish boned either steamed or char grilled.that is simply amazing.... Curries are fantastic too

Having lived in Paris as a student, I had eaten a lot of Vietnamese food, and missed it in Santa Barbara. So when Saigon opened on Milpas, we became regulars. Still find it convenient when we are downtown or at Five Points. The pho are good eaten in the restaurant, but don't travel we'll. whereas spring rolls, papaya salad, and... More
