Close your eyes and your in France. Renaud's has brought a new level to Santa Barbara. Everything he makes is just pure heaven. The pastries are just right not to too sweet, perfection.

This popular place is known for great pastry and also a tasteful brunch and lunch place near Chaucer's book store. I love their quiche as well as most of their brunch items. It can get busy on weekends. Very casual and it is really counter service and you are on your own, which is not a problem when you know... More

Renaud makes decent pastry but grossly under staffes his restaurants, they are poorly organized, virtually unsupervised. Tables are chronically dirty, service is poor, and staff is sometimes grumpy from being overworked. If you are a little old lady from a nursing home, with two hours to kill and want a cup of tea and a decent French pasty--not a bad... More

Had breakfast twice here during our stay in Santa Barbara and it was convenient for us because it was so close to Agave Inn where we were staying. There is a good selection of pastries and the cooked breakfasts also provided a hearty meal to start the day.

Breakfast reminds you of being in Paris, nice selection of pastries, breakfast items and coffee. Can be a little pricey.

Very very nice experience there today. Portions sensible, food quality great. I'm itching to say European, but trying to avoid it. Spent a long 4 days in LA attempting to find something similar. They've got the it right here.

Hadn't been up to S.B. for one year but when driving into town with my cousin for an errand I convinced her to drive to this. "bakery" so I could indulge myself with goodies to either scarf up while here or take home in a couple of days to enjoy on my jammies in the morning with a cup of... More

We stopped here early one morning for breakfast. The fruit salad I ordered was a bowl of the most perfectly ripened fruit. Rarely have I seen such care taken with fruit. The pastries were “melt-in-your-mouth” delicious, above and beyond what one usually finds in a bakery/cafe even in Santa Barbara. It was no surprise to us that there are relatively... More

Go here with my parents for the occasional brunch. There are delicious pastries as well as yummy savory food. A personal favorite thing to order is the Caprese (served after 11am) with an iced Dirty Chai

We had breakfast at Renaud's. The food was delicious. It is casual and there is a take out bakery. The service is good and the prices are reasonable.
