Tasty Zone is one of the best Szechuan restaurants in Southern California. It's authentic. The variety of soups, noodles and other dishes provides something for everyone.

Their food is nothing like your Chinese restaurant. Fantastic Szechuan dishes. Lots of flavors. Lots of options. Service is just OK. Most of the staff doesn't speak english.

1: First thing first: warm air conditioned, when three of us walk in the restaurant. I saw three chefs eating their lunch and gave me an uncomfortable look(staring at us). Very impolite attitude. 2: At 12 pm the waitress gave me dinner menu. 3:rice is...not come with the meals; we got to order three bowls of rice which of course pay extra. 4: all meals are so greasy ( pictures showed) 5: this is not a fast food restaurant but she provides us with plastic spoons. 6: no thanks, no thank you or even not a words when we walked out the door. No matter how good is their food. $55. lunch for 3 of us that without warm service and charged us dinner price at twelve o’clock at noon.More

A group of us came here after a conference in Anaheim. A colleague has been here before and recommended Tasty Zone. At first, I didn’t know what to make of the name... but if you follow your taste buds and if you like spicy hot...food, this is the place to go! With exception of a handful of dishes, nearly everything else on their menu has at least a chili pepper sign on it. If you enjoy spicy food, you’ll not be disappointed. The green chili fish had a numbing effect on the tongue and lips. The cumin lamb is peppered with pieces of dried red peppers. It’s not as hot as it looks, unless you decide to eat (a lot of) the dried peppers also. Overall, don’t pass on this restaurant because of the name... if you enjoy spicy food as I do, this is a must visit. I’ll def come back again next time I’m in town.More

This is a Szechuan restaurant, make sure you can take some heat. The food is very tasty and the price is more than reasonable. They do not take reservation, if you have a party larger than four, it is a good idea to get the...here early since they do not have many large tables.More
