I visited with friends from England to texts its authenticity and it passed with flying colors. They'd had old home favorites, not because they'd were hungry, but because they hadn't had them in a long time. The menu is a bit pricey. They'd regularly have live bands and English soccer games.

My date had a hankering for fish and ships. What better place to find fish and chips, than a British themed pub? Busy Friday night and got seated within 15 minutes. As expected, they had "fish and chips". But not JUST one kind of fish. We had choices! Music was good and lively, worth dealing with it being kind of... More

The beer here is ridiculously expensive. If you order it with your meal it's going to cost $10 a pint with tip. Otherwise food is pretty good. I liked the fish and chips and the chicken curry my friend got was huge.

If you're looking for a British type dining experience, the Olde Ship will satisfy your craving. The menu focuses on classic British staples however, it is also quite innovative and rather delicious! The fish and chips are really fabulous and the breakfast plates, served all day, are hearty and authentic. All in all it's a great family restaurant.

It's Friday night and we are hungry for fish and chips. This is an eclectic restaurant with great British flare. The waitress knows us for our regularity. It's a treat to get great fish and listen to a band. Service is always great and this has become a regular choice for us.

I went to The Olde Ship 3/10/16 and met a friend there for dinner. I was there just a couple days before, but I'm moving soon and won't get back there for awhile. I almost always get the Scottish Bridie, but this time I got their corned beef sandwich, done like a grilled cheese sandwich. You can have it with... More

I must admit that, even though we don't get to The Olde Ship in Santa Ana, CA as often as we'd like, it is my favourite place to go. It has the true feel of a British Pub - which is such a great and comfortable place to be. I had my favourite, "Scottish Bridie" tonight (along with a half... More

Fish and chips were pretty good but at $17 a head and $18 for two pints (1 cider and 1 Guinness) this place is a ripoff. I had probably the most expensive pint of Guinness anywhere and its freakin' Santa Ana not the Beverley Wilshire. Fish and chips and a pint for 2 $64 including tip. Service was very pleasant... We got here around 7 pm. There was a little bit of a wait to get seated but not terrible. After getting seated, however, it took 20 minutes for someone to take our drink/appetizer order. Another 20 minutes for someone to take our food order. There were exactly 2 waitresses working the entire place, which is not really sufficient for... More
