Very nice restaurant, decorated of course with Mexican style. Very romantic. Food is good. Service was very kind. This is one of the least pricy restaurants in this town, which it's proximity to Hearst castle makes it quite expensive. Recommend (!)

Excellent food; we had spinach quesadillas for starters then beef fajitas - way too much food. Local wine matched nicely. Good atmosphere, great service

I had the fajitas and they were very good! Nice atmosphere! It felt comfortable and it was crowded, so that tells you they had a good food!!!! Good service, too!!! It was so close to the hotel off Highway 1! Great location!

As far as Mexican food goes this is the only game in town. The food is very good. The guacamole is a bit watered down but tasty, The house chardonnay sucks so opt for the cheaper Sangria which is good. Nice staff. I have eaten here twice. It is not awesome, per se, but the food is fine. I had... More

We stayed at a hotel on the other side of the highway. Had a taste for Mexican food and were not disappointed. The restaurant was slow as it was off season. The food was delicious and the portions were large. The young men who waited on us were friendly and attentive.

We were looking for a sit down restaurant for lunch when we spotted this place on the frontage road. The parking lot had few cars and only two or three tables had diners at them. We were quickly seated but it took awhile for them to take our order. The selections on the menu did not much appeal to me... More

I've lived in Cambria for 30 years and hadn't eaten her in over 15 years because I was never impressed. After a decade and a half my wife and I decided to give it another try. I ordered a shredded beef taco that was too spicy with lots of wet sauce. I wasn't able to enjoy the flavor. My wife... More

We stopped here for lunch. They have a nice patio (the reason for the three stars). The food came out slow and was the basic, generic Mexican food.

All I will say is that during all our trips globally we have NEVER been treated as we were by the manager here. We queried the food order because we couldn't get our server to pay any interest. All she did was abuse us and walk away instead of coming to a resolution. Visit at your peril......

Nice atmosphere, close to the ocean, portions are big. Had the Shredded Beef Flauta and it was the biggest Flauta I have seen in my life! We went there for dinner and the prices were in the $13 - $15 range. Was not impressed with the frozen Margarita - too much ice; however, everything else was very good. Service was... More
