This cute place is tucked away behind other shops off a service road, but don't give up ... It's worth seeking out. Vietnamese food and a few Chinese dishes with excellent pho topping the I List of specialties. During the season don't forget crab too! Always busy but not noisy, and a great place for the entire family. Reasonable prices.

I went here with a business friend who eats here regularly. The service initially was slow but once we ordered, the pho arrived promptly. The seafood pho was good and the beef pho as well. The accompanying sprouts, peppers, lime wedges, and basil were a bit stingy, used to more

The food at Pho Viet was amazing. The location is a bit strange on the docks but once you're inside it's lovely. We got a booth and my pho ga was really good. Portion sizes were just right. My boyfriend ordered barbecue chicken bun which (he said) was really good as well. Sadly the service was not as good as... More

Love the cubed steak lunch/dinner! My kids love this place and they are not easy to please. Consistently good. Nice people.

My friend and I stopped here after hiking for hours on the coast. Both he and I thought our entrees were really tasty, and we both had two different shakes with tapioca - they were great and we both could have gone for another!... Also noted by both of us is that that staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. Clean... More

This little restaurant in an out of the way location is wonderful. It is everything people are saying and more! The food is fresh, authentic, delicious and the Pho is fantastic. I am still dreaming about that wonderfully satisfying steaming bowl of noodles....I could eat here everyday. If there is a line to get in, trust me it is worth... More

This is my go to place in San Rafael if I want to get Pho. They make my soup the way I like it(with egg noodles). The restaurant is way in the back of the mini-mall off Francisco Blvd, so keep driving down until you see it. Worth a try.

might be difficult to find if you don't know the ends-and-outs of this Francisco Blvd - but you'll be happy when you do. I love the Pho here. So comforting and yummy. My mom's not around to make me chicken soup when I'm sick any longer, so I get a big bowl of chicken pho from Pho Viet and I... More

I love this place! It's in a weird location, back by the docks and boats of San Rafael. But they have great food! We had an amazing appetizer of roasted quail. Four halves of the tasty, tiny bird and it was very good. Then we had the frog legs in curry sauce. Almost as good as the curry frog legs... More

It's really crowded at lunch time but worth the wait. My small bowl of beef pho was fantastic and it was the first time I have ever finished an entire bowl. Service is efficient but curt, be ready to order when the waiter comes to the table. The best pho in Marin and possibly better than SF. Yummy!
