My family and I enjoyed pizza in downtown San Mateo. The toughest part of the experience was finding parking on a Tuesday night. Surprising since it was a Tuesday night. PIzza, Caesar Salad, Spaghetti with Meatballs. All dishes were tasty in my opinion. The only "beef" I had is the price. A bit higher than I would have expected.

Have used many times. Delivery is fast with courteous drivers. Pizza always arrives hit. Greek salad also good. Large variety to choose from. Will return.

Ok, good news, bad news. The bad news is that traffic in downtown san mateo can be bad and getting worse. The good news is that this pizza is worth it ! The texture, the flavors, it is simply DAMN good pizza. I am a fan ever since I lived in the City and would cross town for a couple... More

Used to be a favorite. New owners. Portions still large. Staff friendly. Now Pizza is very expensive, esp. Gluten Free Pizza, though I am glad it is offered. They would not accommodate my Gluten Free needs for other dishes including shrimp scampi or veal with mushrooms. My friend enjoyed eggplant parmisan. Although I can walk there, I will not rush... The pizza here is fabulous. The sauce and the cheese. There is so much cheese my grandson had me take it off. And he LOVES cheese!

Been coming here for years (and the SF location before they opened in SM). Love the pizza! Especially the Coit Tower. Never disappoints. Could be a wait for a table on the weekends and for take out I always call ahead.

Sometimes I'll order a pizza from here and it will be excellent. Other times the pizza is horrifically bad. I pretty much have to be in a situation where my choices for food delivery are limited in order to choose it.

Great pizza stop in San Mateo. I ordered the Golden Gate Special (pesto sauce, chicken, mushrooms, garlic and onions. Very healthy!!! The small pizza was more than ample for two unless you're feeding a teen-ager. My friend ordered the Eggplant Parmegiana served with vegetables, pasta and bread plus soup or salad. It was good and quite a bargain.

Decent pizza, superbly located, very busy yet very frinedly service, small and overcrowded on weekends. Can't go wrong.
