Burger was good (I seldom eat red meat, but this is worth it) and although fairly modest in size, share a side of fries with one or two people to round it out nicely. You can also get a fountain drink (I like tea with some lemonade in it) and spend some fun time people-watching from the large windows facing... More

Popped in as it looked really busy and thought it must be good. On a whole the place is clean with good service. The chips were nice but the burger was a little disappointing. It's okay for something quick and cheap.

We love the one in Camarillo where we live, but this one was more of a sit-down restaurant, very nice atmosphere, service was great and friendly. Would definitely come back next time we're in town!

If you are looking for a fast sit-down meal in SLO that won't break the bank, the Habit is always a good bet. The location here is popular, but the lines go fast and there is plenty of seating. Always good food and service.

With all the great places to eat in SLO, this place just doesn't bring anything to the table. Burgers and fries are best at Eureka. McClintok's is good too. I'd rather eat at horrible service Firestone grill before I eat this bland boring "cheap" food.

My wife and I recently ate at The Habit. I had the bacon cheese burger with onion rings and my wife had the regular cheese burger with fries. The food was wonderful. And the staff is really friendly. I will definitely be going back when I am in town. Its a really cool place.

I should have ordered a burger. Our first time here and it was good but not as good as I was hoping. The chicken Caesar salad my wife had was average if not below average. I had a chicken club sandwich that was good but the bread had too much butter, not even sure why it was buttered as I... More

We thought this would be a quick stop. The food was good and it was $23.00 for four people. We had the value meal burger which is way more than we normally eat.

This was not our first choice for dinner. We were wanting to go to a couple of other burger joints/brew pubs but being Saturday night, there was a 1-1:30 hour wait at those places. So, we decided to go in here and we made a good choice. The place was packed with locals, mostly younger crowd. There was a long... More

Great place to stop downtown SLO for a really good, tasty burger! Clean, efficient, and self serve. The place was busy when we stopped around 8 PM but didn't take more than 5 minutes to get our food. Great location!
