I've been to many pho places in San Leandro and this is my favorite. Great food, prices and service. It is also a very clean place.

This is the best Vietnamese restaurant in this area. We have been to a lot and have been disappointed at most. The food is always good and the service satisfactory.

Our friends took us here. They know their food! Owners are Chinese From Vietnam / Hong Kong. Try their Hainan chicken (only served on Fridays) w/coconut rice. Also, appetizer plate which included the popular lollipop chicken, beef salad, spring eggrolls yum! Our group also tried their beef curry and spinach dish. All excellent. Service was stellar (changed our dishes after... More

I love this local place. Prices are reasonable, service is fast and friendly. I am no expert, but whenever I try different Vietnamese restaurants, the spring roll and peanut sauce is my bell weather. Le Soleil is excellent. I rarely have the noodles because the vegetable filled hot and sour soup is so good. Order spring rolls, too. You will... More

Love the soup here with shrimp and rice noodles. Fresh and a lot of zing in the spice department. Really great place to warm up in the winter too. It's served with a side of toppings and there's always chile on the table too. Roughly $10 for the soup. But we've never been disappointed with the place, service is polite... More

Le Soleil is an Americanized version of Vietnamese but if I need a quick fix, it's my go to place. The spring rolls are very good and so is the Pho. Unlike some Vietnamese places where good food doesn't always correlate with a pleasing atmosphere, this place is really clean and has nice ambience. You'll often find city officials and... More

Food is served hot!! No body likes lukewarm soup. It's fresh, and wonderfully seasoned. Place is clean, service is wonderful. Little on the pricey side but everything is fresh, and served hot.

My family and I have been enjoying Le Soleil for 4 years or more. Having traveled many times throughout SE Asia, I'm amazed at how many different cuisines such as Vietnamese, Thai and Malaysian food this restaurant does so well. They also combine some flavors with American staples such as quality beef to create unique dishes as well. The Beef... More

Location: Off East 14th, in the heart of downtown traffic may be hard to find since it's on the street and the plaza gets pretty busy for parking lot spaces. Customer Service: When you walk in there's a sign that says please wait to be seated but we stood there for the longest time and sat ourselves? That's when the... More

We ordered #204, combination Shrimp, crab claw, fishball, chicken and calamari noodle soup and #211 vermicelli with egg rolls and both were tasty and filling. The vermicelli noodles came out nice and hot.
