Quality food and service. The patio is beautiful on a nice day. Some of our favorites include the Monte Cristo, Marcy's Salad and the coconut cake is amazing!
My girlfriend and I visit CCI about 8/10 per year as its our go to place. Make reservations or sit in the bar area for the same great food and service. Roasted artichokes, meat loaf have become our staple of items ordered.
Everything is served with special attention to detail and the flavors are out of this world, don't forget to ask for the dessert menu.
This is one of our favorite restaurants. Nice location, good service, good drinks, and the food is always done right. Our group will range from a Grandson who is now 10, to my 95 year old Mom. Everyone leaves happy and full. Parking can be an issue, but so far we have always been lucky.
We wish we could give this place a higher rating, but when it comes right down to it you really have to rate a restaurant on the food. We just weren't impressed. The restaurant itself is beautiful and the staff was friendly. I ordered a BLT sandwich and my girl ordered a Reuben. Neither of us particularly cared for our... More
This is a class act. Food, service, location, and ambiance are all 5 star. You can sit outside or inside. I had french dip and my wife had a strawberry brie turkey sandwich, both excellent. Great place, convenient, and just a great memory.
My wife and I were visiting my daughter and her boyfriend in southern california and were looking for a place to eat and walk around. It was Restaurant Week and Cedar Creek in San Juan Capistrano was participating, so we decided to go for lunch on a Sunday. I was very pleasantly surprised. The outdoor patio is charming and allow... The menu contains some items not usually on a lunch menu along with some more traditional fare. There are some unique and delightful salads and some interesting sandwiches that will call you to return for them over and over. The mango salad is a real treat as are the Zuni Rolls (a kind of wrap sandwich). The service is good... More
Dine in the shaded outside courtyard right across from the famous Mission San Juan Capistrano. For cocktails or a full meal, you'll love the setting complete with large fireplace and colorful umbrellas. Interior dining room is warm and gracious....ideal for families or parties. The service is good and the food is wonderful. Try the spinach salad or the Monte Cristo... More

I live in Oregon and wish I could hop in my car to have some meatloaf . Best ever! Every time I am in the area I make sure I get over to Cedar Creek to indulge. Do you ever share your recipe? It would be so nice to be able to have it more than once every few years. Thanks Nancy
