Truly one of the best breakfasts I've had. We went on a rainy day and arrived right at opening so there was no wait. Even in the cool, wet weather the outdoor seating was comfortable as they have heaters and blankets.

Passing through San Juan Capistrano, chanced upon Ramos House and could not have been more pleased. Charming outdoor California cafe-style ambiance with historical touches. Blues and Rolling Stones on a turntable providing background. Outstanding food. The French toast was fantastic. Highly recommend.
