Kim long is a good place to have food either solo or with family or friends. The price is affordable for most people in Bay Area.

Ate a lot of Pho national wide. Ordered #1 The soup base is OK. Enough beef in the bowl. It came out fast. The biggest problem is- the soup is only warm at best. After you put the bean spouse in. The meal is not hot enough. Large bowl is close to $10, kind of high. I had to ask... More

It's one of those Seinfeld "no soup for you" type places in that the ladies serving and running that place are ,,,,, down ,,,, to,,,,, business. They gave me the menu and without leaving took out the pad and asked if I was immediately ready to order. I was not. I was a first timer. If you can get past... More

we were visiting ca with a Vietnamese friend and he suggested trying a Vietnamese restaurant as san jose is supposed to have many good ones. he looked up yelp and decided to try Pho Kim Long because it has bun rieu (thin noodle soup with meat and ground crab) and you wont find it in just any Vietnamese restaurant. and... This has always been my favorite place to go for beef noodle soup because they are very generous with the meat and the both is very flavorful. This morning it was a big disappointment when I ordered the usual pho. The flavor was off. The broth was both salty and sugary, not a deep rich flavor you get from simmering... More

We had to convince someone who was fond of another Vietnamese restaurant to come to Pho Kim Long, so the stakes were high. Things didn't look promising at first. The waitress led us to a table that wasn't very clean, but let us change tables. We were immediately asked what we wanted to order and the waitress was disappointed that... More

I wouldn't call it the best pho ever but it's decent, portions are large, and the soup is HOT HOT HOT. The place is clean enough, the service is efficient but not friendly. and it's cash only. But besides that, the pho is good and you get enough food for the money. Parking lot is small so it gets busy!

Yelped this place while I was on business in San Jose. Luckily we arrived early as it gets ridiculously crowded. Food comes out quickly as is the case usually at all Pho restaurants. Food is not bad. Not phenomenal. Environment is super loud. Pretty much have to yell when talking.

Truly the best tasting pho with the freshest ingredients I've ever had. Really fast service, and they serve a LOT of tables. Bring cash because they don't accept credit cards. I had a bowl of pho, much too large to finish, and a big pot of tea for less than $7.50.
