Hibiscus Tree was a variant of the hot pot style restaurant where they cooked everything together in the back instead of cooking by ourselves at the table.
The restaurant was about half full on a Saturday evening. However the parking lot was full and we parked in the last available spot.
They had set menu options, combos and self service bar where you pay based on the weight of the chosen ingredients.
We decided on the combo which was filled with noodles, thinly sliced beef, whole shrimp, bean sprouts and a whole lot more. We split the bowl and got one mild and the other medium spicy. Definitely should choose a higher spiciness as the medium was not much at all.
Overall it was very good meal and reasonably priced.
