Fantastic food! I am from MN and was looking for authentic Mexican food and I found it! If you can’t find a parking spot stay until you can. We were there about 6:00 and did not have a problem. In MN our Mexican food comes with a choice of beef or chicken. Not here, they had 10 different meat choices! We were not hungry but did not want to pass up this opportunity. We ordered a burrito with half chicken and half al pastor. We also ordered one taco with chicken and one with al pastor. Chips and salsa came with it. We tried all of the salsas. The hot was our favorite but the medium green one was delicious too. Go here hungry, you will not be disappointed having to fill up on this delicious food. Due to the COVID Delta stuff, they are not open for dining in, only take out. You can call ahead and order (650-873-1752) or walk in and order. It takes about 15 minutes to fill an order. They take credit cards or cash. This place is consistently busy, that says something. Support the little guy. He is up daily working super hard for a living. I support that and am glad I supported this place. Don’t pass this up!

A little off the beaten path, but so worth the trip. The portion size is nothing to complain about and the taste is excellent. There are many different meat options to choose from, but the menu isn't overly confusing. Prices are great for what you get and the staff is very friendly. Overall, my new favorite quick lunch spot if I'm hungry.

Plenty of reviews that say how wonderful the food is.
I’d like to say how enjoyable the lunchtime crew was and the whole atmosphere was fun and enjoyable.
Milanesa was great 5/5 and more than generous portions.
Price $40 for 2 entrees a beer and a michelada.

Wow, this hole in the wall has great food. Either to go or eat in.
There is seating for about 30 patrons.
The menu of what they serve is on the billboard. I had a regular burrito with carnitas and it was delicious.
The staff is friendly and very helpful if you are undecided of what to order.

This should be a must for anyone in the area.
It's a classic hole in the wall: the neighborhood is bad. It's next to a tire fixing shop. There is no parking. You drive up and feel like just keeping on driving. But resist the temptation. The food is worth it!
Very friendly staff, and such delicious dishes. Everything was fantastic. Highly recommended.

Amazing food, great service and really good bang for your buck. Calling in and then take out is great so you don’t have to worry about parking

Absolutely amazing, worth the walk if you can’t find parking, worth the wait if there’s a line. 100% worth trying. You’ll be hooked. Get the quesadilla or burrito. You can actually taste the quality in meat. Reasonably priced for how dam good the food is. Now go!

Taqueria San Bruno is small, very informal, and located in an industrial strip. Nothing pretty to look at, and the parking is wherever you can stick your car on the street in walking distance. (We parked under a nearby overpass.) But the service and food is great, and inexpensive. We got there for lunch a bit before noon and there were plenty of tables but it didn't take long for a long line to form. They have whatever traditional meals you might want, and they really fill a plate. I had the carne asada with rice, beans, and a salad and was full for the rest of the week. Expect to spend $10 to $18 depending on what you order.

Came here right from the airport. Was crowded with locals around lunch time which shows its popularity. Don't think there's such a thing as a bad street taco and these were no exception. Very good. They were not shy on the meat.

Had lunch at Taqueria San Bruno with my wife & the food was excellent. First, the restaurant is very small. You have to order at the counter, then find a seat. Second, the restaurant is located in an industrial part of town & parking is terrible. Lots of cars parked on the street but it appears these cars are always there. Finding a parking space is very difficult.
I had the tacos & they were delicious. The carne asada was excellent. The Al Pastor was different with pineapple strongly apparent in the pork. My wife had the fajitas burrito. She really liked this.
I would love to go back to this place, but trying to find parking is tough. We'll see the next time I'm in the mood for tacos & if I'll chance finding parking.

I enjoyed the seafood fare here. Food was well valued, fast, and tasty. They don't skimp on portions either. A plate seems like a reasonable quantity for the average adult.

Informal restaurant where you order at the counter and they bring it to your table. Most of the Mexican standards are on the menu. There's a good, fresh salsa bar and a juice/smoothie bar. Also beer and wine available.
I've been there twice and ordered the Carne Asada y Camaron both times. It comes on a sizzling skillet with peppers and onions, rice and beans on the side. Very tasty!

I have grown up around Mexican neighborhoods for a long time, since before high school. So I have tried many Mexican restaurants mainly in California. But I have also tried them in Texas, North Carolina, Kentucky, Georgia, and even Germany. I was in the military so I traveled a lot trying Mexican food in different parts of the world. And there is one place that I think is the best and it is here. They have the best burritos bar none. Some of them come close, but this place still tops them all.

My chicken nachos were full of huge chunks of really well seasoned and tender chicken. My husband ordered enchiladas and was unable to finish his plate. Excellent food, kind employees. Parking is a little sketchy, but otherwise a great find in San Bruno.

I've been hearing about this taqueria from a friend who lived in the area. His promise was always that it provided the best burrito in the Bay Area. He explained how they rolled the burrito in a way that allowed you to get every ingredient in each bite.
I showed up on Monday around 1 and found parking to be very difficult. I would just double park or have the driver wait in the car and order take out.
I ordered the cabeza super burrito and a shrimp taco. Both came out perfectly cooked and loaded - very good value for the amount of food you get. The salsas were spicy and great compliments to the burrito.
