This is not a fancy restaurant but it is nicely decorated right on South Main street of Salinas. They have terrific bowls, the food is always fresh and the portions are rather big. It can be a bit on the pricey side but then again...the portions are big. The servers are friendly.More

This is another one of our go-to places for dinner. The salads are always fresh and the portions are plentiful. Most of their fish choices are quite good.

Was a very nice restaurant with good food and great service! Had the clam chowder and it was probably the best clam chowder I had ever eaten! We also had fried prawns that were excellent. I would definitely recommend this place!

Remarkable in the freshness, insightful spicing, and generous portions this Salvatorian family has become an institution in the Old Town area of Salinas. We were taken by the quality and quantity of the offerings and the friendly atmosphere. We recommend this place highly; you won't...be dissapointed!More

This is a pretty good place for a variety of seafood meals. It's usually quiet and in the middle of Old Town.

This unassuming little place was a very pleasant surprise! Just passing through town, and decided to stop. I had the seafood combo fettuccine and it was amazing! Prices are very reasonable and the service was excellent. Couldn't ask for more!

My husband and I have been here about 4 times now and we have never been disappointed. I have had the garlic prawns and the chicken/prawn cancun (I think it was called),cioppino --all yummy. The sauces have a lot of flavor without being heavy. The...vegetables are always cooked perfectly. We will be regulars here from now on.More

My husband and I had dinner here. The atmosphere is casual and friendly. We both ordered grilled salmon. The server allowed me to change my meal sides to have double vegetables instead of vegetables and black beans. My entire meal was very flavorful. The service...was good but not intrusive.More

We were staying in Salinas for a night, saw the good reviews for this place, and decided to give it a try. We were happily rewarded. The service is excellent and personable and the food is delicious. I had the shrimp and chips which were...a cut or two above good. My wife had the sand dabs and loved them. They get the music right too. Nice tasteful salsa. Highly recommended.More

Very nice staff, meals are decent, and prices are reasonable. Feel free to ask for special dishes or a certain way you'd like something cooked. They are very accommodating.
