Toro Park Café is a very informal roadside country cafe. It offers an extensive menu for a traditional breakfast or lunch. Service is great and very quick. Also has a small outdoor seating area. Very tasty comfort food, well prepared and generous proportions.

There are very few restaurants where I order a variety of things from the menu and this is one of them. I nave never ordered something I did not like. Food portions are generous and the staff is very attentive.

Yes, we would come back. You will know the place has good food and fast service if it is crowded on a weekday. Indeed, the food to the service was great.

Always packed...mostly locals. Lunch OK...you can get Huevos Rancheros on weekends until 1130. Parking a challenge. I think the breakfast offerings are better than lunchtime.

If you look at my review for Toro Park Cafe, you will see everything great I wrote about this place. It is called Toro Place Cafe, not Toro Park Cafe.

This was my first time here and it will definitely not be my last. I had the Juicy Lucy burger with avocado and it was epic. The melted cheese inside the burger with the grilled mushrooms and onions made it to die for. The owner Josue was there and made the experience better. Not knowing he was the owner, he... More

Heading home from Carmel on Saturday morning, needed to have breakfast, this was the first place we drove by. Boy am I glad we stopped! I had the skillet and a cinnamon roll, both were top notch!

The Toro Cafe serves breakfast and lunch only (with breakfast service until 11:30 a.m.). Among the dishes I've particularly enjoyed are their generous, beautifully prepared and innovative omelettes...the "Castroville" and "farmers" being my favorites. "Castroville" features artichoke hearts, and the inclusion of that delicacy gives it a bit of an edge in my pantheon of great omelettes. They also serve... More

We have driven by numerous times but never when we were looking for a place to eat. On Saturday morning I decided I would give it a try. They opened at 6:30, earlier than a lot of out of the way breakfast spots so that was a plus. I had a chance to look over the menu before the host... More
