The locals know where to go, and they go to Tra Vigne Pizzeria and Restaurant, a wood-fired pizzeria in the heart of St. Helena Wine Country. Thin-crust, sourdough pizzas star on the menu, which also includes an incredible array of delicious salads, fun, tasty, Italian small plates (think “made to order mozzarella), sandwiches, pasta and other wood-fired specialties. Tra Vigne Pizzeria and Restaurant is a beverage oasis, boasting a seasonal craft cocktail list, an increasing selection of craft-brewed Northwest focused beer and an eclectic, affordable selection of local wine on tap and in the bottle. We had two lunches here on our recent 3 day trip to the Napa Valley. We were great fans of the original Tra Vigne restaurant and were so sad when it closed a few years ago. Fortunately this restaurant has kept their mozzarella al minuto...More

Here is a place where the food is far better than the service. We had the fresh Mozzarella cheese with olive oil and toasted baguettes for appetizer, it was fantastic. We had a large pizza with sausage and pepperoni and that was very good. Service...More

For dinner, we recommend dining at Tra Vigne Pizzeria for great food. What could be more satisfying and filling after a day of wine tasting than pizza? They are known for their thin-crust, wood-fired, sourdough, authentic Neopolitan pizzas. Tra Vigne is a casual, upbeat pizzeria...More

I went to Try Vigne several times many years ago. I remembered it as a large airy restaurant with a sophisticated menu (very fond memories of the rabbit). Over the ensuing years it appears that the family closed that restaurant (the building is next door...More

This place is a gem. Yet it is a pizzeria - albeit an upscale one! The vibe is great and the service is attentive. The food is the main deal! Their wood fired pizzas are stunning. The favorite we had was also an unusual combination...More

We went for dinner with some friends that live in the area, and had a fun time. The staff is very lively and friendly. Our friends brought their own wine - everyone in the valley seems to have their own wine preferences. The food was...More
