I ate the bagel and lox with capers. It was delicious! The staff was very attentive with refilling coffee and making sure we were OK. I was with a party of 8 and they had us seated and eating in no time. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food. I know I did!

Hearty breakfast and efficient staff. I had the fresh fruit and yogurt plate. The bread is rustic. I had toasted rye. My cousin had the bagle and lox. Looked fresh with tomatoes and capers.

Here is a great little place for breakfast or a quick lunch. Family flair and story and the locals come here too. Burger was perfect. I had a soup and salad as I eat light. Perfect. Quaint. Friendly. Fast.

Roasted tomatoes are amazing. My favorite breakfast spot in the Valley. Great low key diner style place with hearty (read: Hangover) breakfast food.

Breakfast was good, you get plenty of food but it was a little pricey for breakfast. Very friendly people.

Sorry, my camera battery died, so no food pic. Pop a baby aspirin (blood thinner), bring the defibrillator, for their wonderful artery clogging food. The chicken fried steak, with gravy, which has, not bits, but chunks of sausage, along with their hash browns, not just warmed up white pile of potato strings, but real browned hash browns, are, what all... In St Helena we found many storefront restaurants on Main St. This was a comfortable close restaurant with tables nearby where strangers can begin to interact and share experiences and recommendations for fellow travelers. Beef Barley soup was very tasty, a nice Gorgonzola and pear salad was the healthiness meal of the weekend and my wife turkey on ciabatta bread... More

Be sure to get the corn beef hash. I know you are probably going, "What?" That is what all of my friends said but they sure enjoyed eating it off of my plate.
