It's always a pleasure to dine here. The atmosphere is quiet but active and the service staff are attentive without being intrusive. A creative menu with everything prepared very well make this a place to return to again and again.

We get the beef for our flat iron steaks and burgers from Sunfed Ranch Organic Beef. Their ranches use a USDA verified organic system to ensure that the cattle are never administered groth promoting hormones or antibiotics and that all the grass and forage is produced without the use of synthetic fertilizers or pesticides.
Our Ribeye, New York, and Beef Tenderloin are Brandt Beef, which is all natural no antibiotics or grothw hormones as well. However, it is corn finished which gives it the extensive marbling.
