"Wonderful brunch"

We went to celebrate a friends birthday. Big crowd for brunch on Sunday's, so there was a wait. The hostess kept us posted and asked if we wanted an outside table if it came up first, which we declined because it was rather chilly. When we were seated our waiter came over quickly with menu's and... read more

We have dined at 33rd Street Bistro on a number of evenings. While walking the neighborhood recently we discovered that they also serve breakfast EVERY DAY starting at 8 a.m. And what a breakfast menu it is. My wife had the crepe filled with spinach and topped with scrambled eggs and cheese. The potatoes are rich, buttery and almost like... More

Four of us for dinner. Two ordered Chop Chop salads, and two ordered Linguine Florentine. Everyone was pleased. The food was plentiful, the service friendly and efficient, and the wine list met our needs. The surprise came with the check, which was quite reasonable. We'll return.

Dinner is ok. There are better options. The brunch menu is quite eclectic and there are some really good options. Nice patio. Good seating for large groups.

We visited for a late afternoon/early dinner. The place is nice, with a nice outside serving area. Perhaps it was because we were sitting outside, and not among the people inside, but service was slow. Every step was just a bit slower than I'd expect, from ordering our drinks to bringing the drinks to ordering food, etc.The food quality was... More

We enjoyed coming to this restaurant whenever we visited my son and daughter-in-law. It was nice because it was only a two block walk and they has an awesome "happy hour." The emphasis is on "WAS" The have basically done away with most of the "happy hour." Bar bites, various foods for reduced price is gone. More importantly, you must... More

Bistro used to be a good local place for our neighbors and us to go and relax for happy hour. We used to go there whenever family or friends were visiting and be so thankful for having such a great place so close by. Remember when you could go pretty much every night of the week for some kind of... More

33rd Street Bistro is a great place for lunch - easy for meeting friends from downtown or the suburbs. Service is good and the menu is classic American.

Took the family out for breakfast on Memorial Day. We had a really great breakfast at the Bistro. Started off with homemade donuts, three different sauces, all good. We had the huevos rancheros, breakfast panini, and smoked trout hash, all were really good. Service was prompt. Need to come back for lunch and have the Oregon blue cheese salad-been too... More
