We seated our weekend guests at Timbers for Sunday brunch. Each of us ordered from the menu, and each gave the meal at least four four stars. Two meals were Hollandaise selections, one was a kitchen sink omelet and the last was an egg white omelet. Very good, including the service.

I'm not sure on Saturday nights but on Friday nights they have a band playing while you eat dinner. It's an older group but you could really tell they loved dancing to the band music. Unless you like spicy stuff don't get the Mexican chopped steak salad, man oh man was that hot. Reading the stuff that's in it doesn't... More

This is a very nice restaurant they have a full service bar and on the night we visited there was a live band. The food was very good although the steak salad was very spicy . The Linguine with clams was outstanding it had whole clams instead of chopped clams. The band played 50 music and many people enjoyed dancing... More

I contacted the Restaurant Manager, to request a reservation for two for brunch on Sunday. The Manager was so very nice and kind. Even with just a party of two, she made our reservation for 2/21 at 11:00 a.m. With brunch, there is one complimentary glass of champagne, mimosa or orange juice with coffee and rolls. The rolls were so... More

My mother-in-law lives in Sun City-Roseville, so the Lodge is a good choice for special occasions and family dinners. We has Thanksgiving dinner there. Food was good, service was average.

Nice meal and beautiful atmosphere but the waiter that waited on us definitely needed some training. He was nice and friendly but you don't stand in one place and reach across the guests to place their plates and you never serve the men before the ladies. I know it's old fashioned but it's just plain good etiquette. There was certainly... More

I eat at the Timbers more than any other local restaurant, mainly because it is either a short walk or golf cart ride. The restaurant is part of the Sun City development here (and open to the general public). We eat there for any meal, any day. They do a super job in the kitchen. They have friendly help. Thursday... Although this is in a senior citizen (55+) community, the Timbers Restaurant offers a very good menu for any meal and at very reasonable prices. We go to lunch or dinner here when we're up on business in Sun City, and it's always a pleasant experience. This time we had dinner, starting with a Margarita ($6.74) and a Diet Coke... More

Always great food, and at very reasonable prices. My whole family will meet here for brunch or dinner, and it's always very good. The staff is always so friendly and attentive. This is a great place for dining out.
