Have always liked Tony's in North Beach with its' good food and somewhat of an upscale neighborhood dive feel. This outpost is more upscale but the food is good. It is annoying when you can clearly see a dozen empty tables and they make you...wait 15 minutes anyway just to give you the illusion that you are at someplace special. Just tees me off. We ate at the bar to get around that particular disservice. Wife and I split a Ceasar, green beans and one Chicken Parmagiana and took half the chicken home. Ceasar was ok. Green beans - maybe String Bean Fritti on the menu?, will bring me back again. Really good. And the Chicken was good too and a huge portion. An Appetizer, Salad and one entree to split with a couple glasses of house wine and the bill was a little pricey. I will come back but I wish they would do something about the smoke in the casino you have to walk through to get to the restaurant.More

Tony's knows how to bring the flavor to food. We had the calimari two ways yummy. Watch the spicy sauce it can be more spicy at times. Pizza I thought was a little expensive but it was really good. Low key place it's in the...Graton casino so no dress code for good food.More

We were seated promptly in a nice booth. We ordered a couple of drinks, a caesar salad to share, and a pizza to share. The server brought our drinks to us, and then we waited. I was going to ask our server where our salad...was, but he did not come back. Then the kitchen person brought our salad and pizza at the same time! So after we ate the salad, our pizza was cold! Unbelievable that they would bring both at the same time. Should have sent it back, but I didn't want to wait another 25 minutes.More

I guess if you like being ignored charged for things you never ordered or were served and enjoy chewy tastless medium sized pizza that cost 30 bucks this place is for you but not us. Seriously the little ceasats 5 meat thin crust we ate...the night before had more flavor and personality and actually came on a thin crust. We ordered the quaddro carne on thin crust. It arrived on a hand tossed crust that was bland and flavorless. The meats were cold out of the fridge cold and in large unbitable slices layed over the top of the crust. The medium sized pizza was cut in quarters and not all the way through. It was very disappointing. We had ordered a beer and getlato first since my wife had a sore throat. We were never told they would be closing soon and were ignored after gelato came. Flagged server down to get second beer and order pizza. Still were not told they were closing soon. Instead we were asked if we wanted it to go. No we want to eat here. We are here. Ordering sitting dribking eating icecream here. Still nothing is said to us about closing soon. Instead waiter runs over to manager to complain we want to eat here he is told to put order in. He comes backwith plates and silverware and then tells us it is okay we eat there. Still saying nothing about closing soon. Hortid pizza comes and suddenly all servers are preparing to leave and NOW we understand they are closing soon but still nothing is said to us. We finish and ask for check. We were charged for three beers and waiter wanted to argue my wife drank a beer. Nope. Not MY wife. Had thwy charged us for sexton of teeling irish whiskey which they do not have all they have is jameson which she wont drink either or had he charged us for Bordeaux or cabernet sauvignon we probably would have paid it without question. But my wife dont drink beer. Yeah over tipped the waiter and will not be back should not have tipped the waiter at all. Dont want to work till close change your shift.More

We always were able to be seated at a nice table. Our servers were always very friendly , professional and helpful with the menu, making helpful suggestions as I don't eat meat . They handled Birthday party dinners for our family and always satisfied everyone.... My wife and I have gone twice for new years Eve dinners since they opened .More

Took my daughter and grandkids here and we had a very nice dinner. Pizza and pasta dishes were really quite wonderful. The place seems huge, but I do like that the variety of seating. We sat at Tony's table, which offered some privacy. Service was...shaky, however, and felt our server lacked training and any common sense awareness of our needs. Major issue was we brought two little ones along. There is not a kid's menu, or any real attempt to make children feel welcome. Guess we should have known this since it is a casino and who the heck wants kids around putting the whammy on your dice with their shrill voice and hyper jibber jabber. But, hey seating hostess, did you ever stop to think it wasn't smart to seat next to a large display of wine bottles. No breakage, thank goodness. Eat there, just don't bring kiddos.More

Went to game a bit and have dinner. There a lot of good restaruants, but we choose Tony's. Orderedthe fried artichokes; although I thought they would be Roman, they were fried hearts which were tasty. The sauce could use some work. The award winning margherita...pizza did not disappoint. Charred crust, foldable and wonderful. The Chianti ordered worked well with all the dishes. For entrees, we had the housemade sausages and the crab pasta (shrimp as well). Both were wonderful, but more than we could eat, so ended up taking it home. Raphael took good care of us this evening.More

Met my girlfriend for dinner at Tony's place. She arrived first and had a Margarita and ordered an Artichoke appetizer. I arrived just as the appetizer did and we were taken to our table. The server did not bring me water. My friend was complaining...about the noise emanating from the open kitchen and asked that we be seated far away from the kitchen as workers were banging pans and I suggested maybe they weren't happy on the job. She suggested we share a pizza and raved about how good the pizza was at this venue. I had had lunch here previously and remembered the food to be good too. The Artichoke appetizer was tasty and my friend also complained that her Margarita was weak and that it appeared as if they had forgotten to put any alcohol in her drink. We waited for our server to return at least with some water for me and I noticed that the menu stated that it would take thirty minutes for the food to be served. At this point I suggested we leave and try the Boathouse instead. She agreed and noone appeared or even noticed that we were leaving. The place appears to be understaffed and workers must be unable to deliver basic service.More

Drove back through this area with my family and they wanted to try this location for Tony’s. We got a Margarita pizza and Stromboli. The Stromboli was the best I’ve ever eaten and I will definitely be going back. The pizza was just okay.
