Decorated in colorful tiles, vaulted ceilings, ornate wall sconces and marble accents, the Mission Inn Restaurant’s centerpiece is a state-of-the-art display kitchen, where chefs prepare signature comfort foods and light fare. Recently recognized as a "Top 100 Best Outdoor Dining Restaurants in America" by OpenTable Diner's Choice Awards the adjacent Spanish Patio is an al fresco dining spot surrounded by the bell tower, Anton’s Clock and Glockenspiel, a collection of bells from missions throughout the United States, and a circular tiled fountain.

We dined here on Valentine's night. We were so disappointed in the quality of the food. The rib eye steak was not tasty at all--all fat. The fired chicken left a lot to be desired. The primavera pasta with shrimp was the best of the 3...More

We celebrated Valentine’s Day here with a beautiful champagne brunch. Our server was wonderful, as was all of the food and the ambiance! It was truly lovely!

We expected a breakfast buffet but I think since it was Sunday and before their Sunday Brunch service, they only offered menu options. That being said, we were very pleased with the food, service and ambiance. It’s not cheap, but worth the visit.

The Mission Inn is justifiably famous, and drop-dead gorgeous. Plantings, tile work, fountains - there's beauty everywhere you look. We enjoyed dinner in the courtyard one evening. Service was professional, friendly and prompt. Cocktails are excellent, but beware their giant margarita - the regular size...More

Excellent facility, convenient Valet parking. The seating staff needs a little help in offering seating. Ours picked the worst seating in an empty restaurant. What is with that! Happens all the time though. We finally asked for a better location, but why do we have...More

Business casual or nicer. The ladies wore dresses and the gents wore shirt and tie. We probably could have dressed down a bit but we felt right at home in our attire in such a nice place with fancy surroundings.
