On Mondays when most restaurants are closed this little gem of a restaurant is open. The waiters are to your table quickly with chips and menus. Not long after they are back to take your order pronto. Good service, good food too. Have yet to ever get a bad m eal.

This place is the best. I've been coming here for years and it never disappoints. Portions are good sized and every dish is good I've had. And the margaritas are excellent!

Family owned great food. Camerones, Mole sauce on Shrimp enchiladas, soup salad oh man it's all good. Can be really noisy and crowded but it's worth it to eat here. We usually take food home so the portions are generous. Love the salsa. Excellent service and staff.

It's been at least 10 years since I've been here and don't know why. The food and service were top notch. The portions were large and your beverage was never empty. The chips and salsa are amazing. The flour chips are always a favorite of mine. The food is authentic and the sauces used are perfect. One very small complaint is that the restraunt... More

Nice atmosphere, plenty of business, friendly staff. Perhaps because we've lived in a number of countries and visited many more, including many in Latin America, we rated the food well prepared and cooked, but average in flavor and style. It seemed to be a hybrid between satisfying American habits (e.g. American soup and lettuce salad) with Mexican main entrees. We... More

I don't know anyone in this town who has not eaten here. You can not miss the place as you go over the overpass, and if nothing else, curiosity makes you go in. There are quite a few Mexican restaurants in town, but this is a top five on anyone's list.

BEST Camarones ever! Served Friday-Sunday, get your order in before they run out. You will love the spice and garlic on these filet shrimp. They go down best with their amazing Top Shelf Margarita.

My husband and I had lunch there and as always we were not disappointed, at all! We have been going there for 37 years and it only gets better! We had their chicken and beef taco dinners. The pea soup was wonderful an I don't care for pea soup. And the tacos beans and rice are the bomb!

We went for dinner on a Sunday evening. Unfortunately there was a wine festival in town and many of the patrons were loud and rowdy. The staff was apologetic for the extreme noise, although they didn't do anything about it and service was quick and efficient. The food was average Mexican fare, nice chips but salsa a bit too spicy.... More

I'm not kidding people. Hubby and I have traveled all over the country and seriously this restaurant, run by four siblings for about 40 years, has the BEST margaritas we have ever had. Not too much lime, not too sweet. Order the Cadillac and the Grand Marnier liqueur comes on the side for you to add. They only serve halibut... More
