Lovely setting on the Redondo Beach Pier. Our party of 6 enjoyed comfortably spaced seating outside despite other California diners non-compliance of state regulations regarding mask-wearing and social distancing.. Fantastic visit, lovely lunch but very spendy. Service (Jessica) was attentive and accommodating. We split a...couple of entrees amongst us and Kindcaids did a great job splitting plates prior to delivery. Nicely done! The asparagus for a $28 Sallops Almond item was embarrassing: thin, woody, and sparse. Scallops were cooked to perfection but paltry in offering (4). Certainly not worthy of a foodie photo. The fish tacos were the same as the fish and chips but smothered in a cabbage disguise. Throw on a $10 key lime pie for our 13 year-old and we managed to rack up a $90.14 lunch. We fully support the 2.9% LWgeSC surcharge however, this seems to be a non-disclosed service fee that is very unlikely to go to the servers? Overall, our time at Kincaid's Bayhouse was very pleasant. I wish we had more time to enjoy the lovely setting but our parking meter was expiring as we concluded our visit. Bring plenty of money and enjoy the view.More

Kincaid’s is literally on the Redondo Pier, so views couldn’t be better. Definitely make a reservation and consider dining outside. It’s super chill and relaxing, so people linger - meaning you will too. Prices are a little steep but hey somebody’s gotta pay for the...overhead! There’s a full bar, too, so you can simply have cocktails like I did (Aperol Spritz) and walk around the corner to the fresh fish market and Quality Food casual seafood dining to save a buck. Lots of bucks. Kincaid’s is part of a huge chain of restaurants but all tend to be pretty consistently well-run. There is a parking garage right by the pier or head up the road and park on the street. Better yet make this a destination on your walk along the beach like I did.More

Do the wait staff get the “living wage” surcharge? NO! Isn’t it very deceptive to put a surcharge without bringing it to the patrons attention. Looks very deceptive. Had a business dinner at Kincaids. My customer from Detroit ordered Oven roasted chicken and I ordered...steak (great choices considering it’s a seafood restaurant). Food was acceptable but the view which we were there for was great. When the check came I noticed an additional 2.9% charge. Not knowing what it was, had to ask what it was. (Only other time I saw it was in SFO). Being told it was a “living wage” surcharge asked the waitress whether she got that or the house kept it. See above. My comment was “the restaurant shouldn’t deceive the customer by not making it obvious. Also since I don’t believe in paying double, I’ll be taking it off your tip”. The sad part is that the service was better than most on this given day. When she came back with the credit card transaction she mentioned that management had taken it off (which they didn’t). It is disappointing that a company of Landry’s size would try something as petty as this. Probably won’t find out if they reverse their decision with this “living wage surcharge” because I don’t plan on going back.More

Great spot along the pier. Outdoor and indoor dining with beautiful ocean views. Very good food and service. This is a Landry’s restaurant (owners of Rainforest Cafe, Salt & Straw, Chart House, and many other restaurants), so take your Landry’s Select Card and get your...points and priority seating!More

An iconic setting.....right on the water.....and a killer bar that is 20 feet tall.....but as a sea food restaurant, it has almost always been a disappointing experience for me! but, if you like dry - overcooked fish.....you will love it!

Perfect for drinks and appetizers at 1/2 price. Sunday Bloody Mary bar has everything you need and then some. Great deals. Great food. Most evenings has live music.

We ate at Kincaid's and it was excellent. We had the fish and chips and a great view at our table. The service was excellent.

This would be one of the more ‘exclusive’ restaurants on the pier. They offer a great selection of meals including fresh seafood and non seafood dishes catering for all your tastes. I felt a little underdressed. As it was such a nice restaurant but don’t...let that put you off.More

This is a high end restaurant, but casual attire and a relaxed environment.
