Such fun and good food!

After hanging out around the pier we decided to stop for some de-lish seafood! All I can say is YUM! It's a bit on the high side price wise because of the location but I'd eat there again. The staff are PROS! They really know their trade. I felt that I could have asked them anything about seafood... read more

There are not many places in LA for find good fresh seafood. It is a nice way to spend a lazy Sunday down at the Redondo beach fishing pier and stopping at Quality seafood. This fish market has anything from sea urchin to shark. Fresh oysters shucked right in front of you and smothered in lemon. Shrimp as big as... More

Pleasant and informative. Plenty of selection and very good quality sea food. I was pleasantly surprised and would visit again. Clean and well presented with fresh choices added as we watched. The name is for real and mahalo to the working folks serving behind the displays. They should be proud of their work.

Quality seafood is one of our favorite places when we come down to Redondo. The sea food is always been extremely fresh . Unfortunately, today we showed up and were notified that they were not grilling any seafood. They no longer had draft beer available. The sign on the wall says that Grill & Deli was the closed down because... More

There are teo thins that are really valuble at Quality Seafood: you can choose your lobster or crab before they steam it for you and the quality is exceptional for the price you pay, in a nice location! Must visit ...

We came here for oysters. They have a large choice and they were pretty good. mY only issue was the price. For the same price we could have gone to many high end restaurants in Santa Monica. Other than that, they are okay!

Excellent fresh seafood off the boats there -- always fresh & super delicious seafood there to try!! I loved the lobster special deal for roughly $20 USD which includes a fresh lobster (can cook/steam for 20 mins) plus a whole potato & fresh watermelon slices to eat! Also definitely try the fresh oysters (shuckled on the spot for you --... More

You have to time them right. Can be very busy on weekends and at certain times of the year. Thats because the prices are so reasonable. You pick out you catch and they steam, fry, cook your meal. Very informal dining. Beer and wine served. On Redondo pier, so great people watching place. Many shops and sights to see in... More

Even if a wide choice of seafood is available at this harbour location, the prices are certainly not in line with the service and the very casual setting. I suppose you could call that a luxury fast food outlet, when your extremely expensive food is dished out in throw-away platters and you have to sit on concrete picnic tables/benches, which... More

We've been here several times in the last couple of years and I so enjoy just looking at all the oysters, crabs, fish etc. I LOVE SEAFOOD!! This year we checked out what was available and ordered a whole fish (it might have been a red snapper, not sure) steamed with Asian seasonings,:garlic, scallions, ginger, soy etc. to take back...
