Great place to try something different. Take the time to read the menu. You have too many options to choose from. I've tried many different pizzas, but I think my favorite is called the Cattleman's. Lots of meat with potatoes and cheese, add a little Cholula and it's great. We always get individual pizzas because everyone wants there own.

Excellent Pizza. Large selection of pizzas, however poor selection of draft beers. Old downtown building interior needs some paint and better lighting, limited downtown parking. Ambiance is very noisy not the best place to enjoy a quite pizza dinner.

This place is fun because there are so many different pizza choices! And they are all good. Even their dessert pizza's. I was a little hesitant to try a pizza with peanut butter with cheese, but it was surprisingly very tasty. I don't recall the name of that one. It's a pretty large restaurant! It gets pretty crowded.

There isn't any lack of items to order. What was missing for me was the imagination to make great food. Too often we have to settle for average which is the case for this food operation. Basic with a side of visual bleak. Somebody put on the lights please.

I had the most horrific experience like machine oil, chemical flavor in a bite of food that was so strong it was hard to breath and made me do the immediate dash to the can to eliminate all food. It was chemical, like something was dripping or cleaner got into food product. We told staff with complete indifference and cannot... More

$60 dollars for the five of us to eat but they do have specials. We got the family special for 4 which is $45 and the sampler platter for appetizer which is $17. If your looking for romantic it can be. My kids like the fact that they have mashed potato pizza, peanut butter and jelly pizza.

Well, I can't imagine how this place has such good reviews, the sauce was boring, the crust was tasteless and the parmesan cheese smelled of mold. I did love that they hosted a group of barbershop style singers that were very fun to be around. Not a chance I would go back.

We strive to use the highest quality and freshest ingredients to make sure your dinning experience is phenomenal. The Gourmet Pizza Shoppe is owned and operated by Redlands natives Bill Craw, his son Don, and Scott Brandt. Bill has been in the restaurant industry for over 35 years bringing time tested wisdom to the operation. Both Don and Scott were part of the original staff on opening day, January 9, 1998, and have played an important role in the success of the restaurant over the last eighteen years. The Gourmet Pizza Shoppe offers over 75 unique pizzas with roughly 120 toppings to choose from. We make our dough fresh daily which is an italian white bread and not your typical pizza dough as well as homemade pizza sauce that has two types of tomato sauces and seasoned with 9 different seasonings.
