We went to this ice cream place before the pandemic period and also during the pandemic period. We enjoyed the unique flavors on our first visit and we couldn’t wait to try more. While the first visit there was great, this one was not. Despite...the fact that they have a store front and cashier facing the street , they required you login and register on your cell phone to place the order. It was a very inconvenient process especially while trying to do this in the 100 degree heat. Then we had to wait almost 30 minutes for them to simply hand us a quart of prepacked ice cream that was sitting right there in the freezer. I simply never experienced something as incredibly inefficient as this! What’s more, half the flavors were out of stock, which their app does not tell you until you click the ‘pay now’ button. We ended up picking one of the last remaining ice cream flavors which was lemon custard. A poor experience and incredible effort just for some prepackaged ice cream.More

The ice cream us yummy but you have to place the order online only which is bothersome when you are driving from another town. Beware that they sell ice cream in half and 1 pint only. Which means you have to make sure you will...eat this much otherwise it will melt. Not a problem if you live in the city but if you are visiting it is a problem.More

Our family was moving my daughter to medical school and were looking for a great place to relax. The ice cream flavors were unusual the day we went. I had lemon. I also tried my wife’s goat cheese and beet ice cream. The lemon was...what you would expect, but the goat cheese and beet was amazing! My daughter really liked the avocado ice cream as well. It’s small so we had to eat outside. The wait was around 30 minutes. It wasn’t to expensive for Southern California.More

Really great ice cream and big portions. Just a little slow on service as it was quite busy today. Would love if they had indoor seating 🍦

This gormet ice cream shop was awesome. I had the beetroot and goat cheese ice cream. Sounds crazy weird but was tastey and good for u. Very unique flavors and nitrogen style way to make ice cream

This tiny store front offers locally sourced, interesting flavors of ice cream and sorbet made fresh and frozen on the spot with liquid nitrogen. It is an amazing process which produces a delicious treat. Definitely worth the visit.

If you come to Redlands, you MUST visit A La Minute. Such unique flavors and all hand-made! I'm cow-dairy free so I love their sorbets. Their smallest size is actually enough to satisfy. So tasty!

Talk about a hole in the wall ice cream shop. A la minute knocked it out of the park for me. Between the unique flavors, friendly workers, and awesome parking, you really can't help but to keep coming back. There were 8 unique flavors when...I went. I would recommend getting the chocolate orange flavor for any citrus lovers out there. The best part about it is that the there is frozen orange pulps mixed into the chocolate so you can taste the orange in every bite. Another winning flavor for me was the strawberry balsamic. The mixture of the strawberry ice cream and the black balsamic vinegar is perfectly in sync. A large cup is only $8 so go ahead and spoil yourself. I can't wait to go back and give the remaining flavors a try!More

5 dollars for a small, 6 dollars for a medium....a medium is a lot...most people get a small, but I will on occasion, will get a medium I think it is $7 or 8 or a large.
