Attached to Best Western Plus Hilltop where we were staying, so very convenient. Steaks, ribs, fish, salads, etc. ordered and everyone was pleased with their dinner. Would eat here again next time in Redding.

Business travel takes me to this area a few times a year. I've stayed here a few times, and eaten here on each stay. Normally hotel restaurants are the last place to get a good meal, but have pleasantly surprised. This place also serves as the local watering hole with fresh seasonal appetizers, good eats and drinks. Service has always... More

Stopped in after a long day of driving and hiking through Lasses National Forrest. Ordered a much needed pinot grigio and fish tacos. It was delicious. Highly recommended. Service a little sliw, but worth the wait

Difficult to know exactly how to rate this but two weeks on, there remains a couple of indelible memories, both around the kitchen. CR Gibbs is attached to the Best Western hotel on Hotel Row aka Hilltop Drive and seems to double as their restaurant. No problem there, indeed the breakfast buffet was pretty good. It's a nice setting, good... More

Great selection of eats from Apps to Entrees. As I travel for business and I stay at the BW this is a step away. I am by myself so I eat at the bar. Poke Nachos and Kettle Chips smothered in Danish Blue cheese great apps. All of their salads are great. Suggest Cobb (candied bacon and fried avocado). Burgers... More

Went there again today. Had fish tacos that were great. Sat at the bar as I was alone and they made me feel comfortable.

Very good, I recommend the chicken strips! They have a nice coating and special dipping sauce. The bread and oil was tasty as well.

Initial impression was that we were seated very promptly. Welcomed nicely but as soon as we walked into the dining area it was incredibly loud and seemed to just get louder. Everyone had to talk over each other. Then I look over at the floor and there is a fork on the ground and the carpet was filthy. Everywhere I... More

We were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. We pulled in about 7pm and had had a late lunch but knew we needed something to eat. We went to the bar and had gin and tonics which weren't that good. We ordered white wine and the peel em and eat em shrimp from the bar menu. They were really good and... More
