Love the food, ambiance, service, location! An experience, par excellence. Prefer over Mr. A's, though both owned by Bertrand Hug. Great for both lunch and dinner!

We have been dining here for a very long time, usually for special occasions. While the service remains good, the once-special experience is gone in our opinion. No longer does there appear to be any attention to detail in the preparation and presentation of the food, the portions are small, the main courses are incomplete, and the prices are high.... More

Such a wonderful restaurant in the middle of a lovely town of Rancho Santa Fe. The food is marvelous...I had Wiener schnitzel ! And the service is fabulous. We always get Bruno who is a marvelous waiter. The ambience is terrific...a combo of old European style with a darling patio full of flowers!

Understated old world style elegance & gluten free friendly menu made this a very pleasant visit. Cigar smokers on the patio led us to choose to dine inside. Antelope consomme, a divine duck breast with fois gras and an excellent cheese plate & wine pairing delighted me. Husband was less thrilled with his Schnitzel - it did look somewhat soggy... More

My husband took me here for our anniversary. It's the epitome of romance. Delicious French cuisine. A great wine list. A wonderful bar with a pianist. It's very expensive, though, so good for a splurge on a special occasion.

We enjoyed our anniversary dinner last evening and it was perfectly delicious! The service was gracious, attentive, and yet not overbearing. Dinner was delightful, beginning with champagne and enjoying appetizers of perfectly prepared foie gras over Chino farms baby white corn (amazing!). My husband enjoyed a delicate white asparagus soup with lobster and morel mushrooms... exquisite. Delicious crab cakes for... More

been there for decades and still the same. Food was mediocre and cold. Ambiance good. Known locals seemed to get all the attention

Six of us dined at Mille Fleurs last weekend. Bruno, our waiter, did a great job. My horseshoe crab appetizer was tasty. My main dish of Salmon was excellent. It was moist and tender. My wife's weinerschitzel was excellent. The restaurant has recently done some renovations on the inside, and everything looked sharp. The dining experience there is a cut... More

We have been in San Diego for nearly 15 years and finally we were able to have lunch at Mille Fleurs, a truly top-notch, fine California restaurant. They only serve lunch on Thursdays and Fridays and a brunch on Sunday. The remainder of the week is dinner only. The restaurant is only a few miles off Interstate 5 near Solano... More

Wow, such a thoughtful and kind review! We're so happy to make your anniversary that much more special. Two minor corrections to details- we only serve brunch on select holidays, and our menu in fact changes daily as well as seasonally. Regardless, it's our pleasure to serve you and hope to see you again soon! More
