Food was ice cold when served. Our waiter was a moron. Waited around 20 minutes for a drink order. You'd get better service buying a hot dog at 7-11.

This isn't a big chain but I recall dining in one of the first restaurants and this one remains true to that design and menu over 40 years later. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Meatballs! Spumoni ice cream! Dine in the boxcar if it's available..Your kids will remember it for a lifetime.

Visited with a party that included six children under 10 and six adults. The staff did an outstanding job working with my family! We had a private room in the back and one server was assigned. All of our orders were delivered correct and tasted great! She didn't appear to be distracted by the children (who were playing in the... More

If you want to try something magical, order the Mizithra cheese and brown butter. This Greek cheese comes grated and is a little on the dry side and has a very nutty flavor. Oh, but then the caramel colored brown butter mixed with the pasta and cheese is a treat for your tongue. Be sure to substitute the spaghetti pasta... More

We went to the OSF based on reviews on Trip Advisor. This was the first time I've absolutely disagreed with the reviews on Trip Advisor. My wife ordered the Chicken Parm which was THE WORST chicken Parm I've ever tasted. My lasagna was just OK. I've had better for a lot less in local Italian pizza and sub shops. The... More

This is a nice restaurant in a very convenient location. There is always a good amount of parking and even if it's busy the wait isn't usually too long. It is a big restaurant that has different areas to dine in and a bar. It is nicely decorated and a good place for larger parties. We've visited for family get-togethers,... More

Wife and I recently had a Tuesday dinner here. The place is decorated consistent with the other Spaghetti Factories that we've eaten at, as is expected of a restaurant chain. The waiter was very courteous, and (as the place was about 1/3 full) was very prompt in getting us the fresh/warm bread to start us off. Food was good and... More

This is a chain restaurant with interesting decor, oversized velvet chairs, extra high cielings, and a train trolley eating area inside, its fun for the kids, food is good, prices fair,it is perfect for middle class- income families who want to eat out and not break the budget. However, the mizithra cheese was recently switched, and is ridiculously salty, service... More

Kids meal is a great deal, 12 & younger. For $6, (add a meatball, chicken or broccoli for $1.) Special drinks are fun for the kids, but have a lot of sugar (add $2-3.50 extra). 3 course meals include salad, regular drink and dessert. We always come for the delicious mazithra! Meatball was just ok. Balsamic dressing was great! Prefer... More
