Good service, good value, Great Pastrami Sandwiches. We have come here for several years when we lived in the area. We knew when we came back to visit this is the first place we wanted to stop. My husband and I get one pastrami with extra pickles to split and an order of fries. It is plenty for both of... More

I love their chili-cheese fries, but they are huge and so incredibly unhealthy that I limit myself to have them every few months my daughter and I share an order and are always so pleased...I'm not into pastrami but my friends are and they love the sandwiches and they have tons of it here! You can grab a sandwich for... More

As a kid I went to the original and all that's changed as they have spread out is no more stools at the counter. Their pastrami is of such high quality you'll notice it at the first bite.

If you have never eaten at the Hat, you need to give it a try. The pastramis are some of the best with their super soft rolls and thin sliced pastrami. The chili fries are delicious and they serve you more than enough to share with a few friends. If hot sandwiches are your thing, give the Hat a try,... More

Some friends raved about The Hat for their famous pastrami sandwiches. 50's kind of vibe. Plentiful sandwiches but unexciting and not as flavorful as I like. Pretty bland, but plenty to eat.

Sandwiches are overfilled but that does't mean they are good. Pastrami had a lot of black pepper on it, and is kind of stringy and fatty. We have had much better pastrami in our local sandwich shop. The order of fries is large so 1 order of large fries would feed 3-4 people, the onion rings are good.I don't know about... More

I've been going to the The Hat since my boyhood days when my Dad took me to the Alhambra location. Then later years found me eating workday lunch at the Upland location. Now, my go-to spot is the Rancho location in Victoria Gardens. The pastrami has always been good and worth the drive. So, now I take my son and... More

Best pastrami sandwich you can ever get anywhere, if you are not hungry one sandwich will be enough for two, best way to eat it fresh and hot on the restaurant, you have a lot of other choices but first timer you must try the pastrami sandwich, prices about $$$ but for what you get it os consider cheap!
