The Baltic is an institution in Point Richmond, and a neighborhood hangout. It offers German food (think schnitzel), but you come here for the large selection of beers on tap and in the bottle, and to hang out with friends and family. One real positive: It's open on Sundays, AND it also offers a brunch - unfortunately, we were not... More

Fun Family Dinner -- great food and service. Celebrated a weeding weekend. Family from 2 to 57 enjoyed the meal.

We stopped here on a Sunday for a late lunch and opted for the special, Rouladen (filled beef rolls). These, though the waiter said would be served with mashed potatoes, came with Spaetzle instead. We were happy since we love Spaetzle and these were really good Spaetzle! The Rouladen were a bit dry and tough - too hot an oven!... More

They have some wonderful brat plates and the beet and german sald are killer. You got to go there for Sunday brunch for the german pancakes with sausage and bacon. Outstanding. The beers are all good too.

Enjoyed a delicious meal of Sauerbraten, Red Cabbage, Spatzle(really good) and mixed salad with, of course, a wheat beer. I would come back again.

I like going to The Baltic for their really good food, which is down-home, rustic German-style fare. I'm not too keen on the inside arrangement of the restaurant (the front room where the bar is has very little seating for dining, the back room is large and nearly devout of seating due to bands often playing, dance lessons, etc.), but... The last time I had dinner at The Baltic (some 20+ years ago) it was always one of my favorite Italian Restaurants. No way could the newest installation of cuisine and beer be any good or even compare. Well slap me down and make me sit up. I ate one of the best hamburgers and fries ever for lunch and... More

Heard great things about this restaurant, and the music they have the first Friday of the month, so I came with a few friends to try it out. I had the BLT, which was very very good, my friend remarked that her saurcrout was not that great, and the garlic fries could dare to be a bit more flavorful, but... More
