Pine Cone shuttered its Windows and closed it's doors. Rumor that a BBQ joint may open down the line.

This was a classic diner with good breakfast & lunch item. My favorite breakfast was the eggs with trout. Thanks, Joanie, for the diner, for as long as it lasted.

Loved the interior design, the food and friendly staff. Great pit stop on the way to Point Reyes. I recommend it. Went there without a reservation and we could seat at the bar. Great brunch place 4th & B streets. Box 1318 Point Reyes Station CA 94956

After 19 years of serving us locals, the Pine Cone Diner closed recently. Sad. ;( There is nothing in Pt. Reyes to replace it. The breakfasts and brunches were delicious. Too bad. Not sure why, but it's closed

We stopped here for breakfast, 10/24/2015 - they had closed for good the day before. There was a story in the local paper. Maybe someone else will reopen it. Too bad - a good option for breakfast. Check before you go to see what has happened.

Visited in late September, after a morning of just driving around admiring the scenery in the area after leaving San Francisco. A small place, but the décor is welcoming - I love the wall decorated with vintage plates and platters! The food is locally-sourced, non-GMO, and awesome! I recommend the burgers - fresh-made, by hand, not pucks sliced off a... More

Excellent pancakes. True diner feel ... friendly service, big portions, delicious food, reasonable prices, clean enough.

Watch out! Not only is the service the worse I have experienced in Marin since moving here 10 years ago (would it kill the waitress to be pleasant?), this place, also: -Ignores the measures in place to conserve water! California is going through a major drought. Restaurants are required to serve water only if requested by the customer. This place... More

We had breakfast there today; salmon omelet and eggs over easy, both with hash browns. The menu is a classic, like the old-style decor. Won't win any any prizes for gourmet grub, but perfectly satisfactory with good service.

Stopped in for a cup of coffee and dessert after farmers market...which was awesome. However, this place WAS NOT..can't speak for the food but coffee.. $3.00 for a small cup. Where were we? ..PARIS?..Much better and cheaper elsewhere.
