The first thing noticed was a funky smell at the entry point. I ordered lamb shank. I am accustomed to lamb shank being served in quite a different manner than how this was served but that was okay, The thing is, it really wasn't cooked thoroughly. Also, I didn't like the presentation of a big old bone across my plate.... More

Our family has eaten here 4 times in as many years. The experience went from very good (the first time), with good food, large portions, and reasonable prices (for the area) - to below average (rude/inattentive & inaccurate service, dirty, greasy). We were in the area early this month and weren't going to try again, but teenage daughter had to... More

We eat breakfast here whenever we visit this area. The menu has lots of yummy options for whatever you feel like having. The service is very good for such a busy restaurant. The staff is helpful and willing to help with questions or special requests. The food arrives not long after you have placed your order. We have never been... More

We stopped on our way from Bodega Bay to San Francisco for lunch. Nice place inside, with lovely outside seating in the yard as well. Food was delicious, try the veggie skewer over brown rice, very unique and delicious. Or you can't go wrong with their burgers. Very reasonable prices, great service. Also has a bar.

We were taken to this cafe by family who live in the area and were pleasantly surprised. When we arrived the place was very busy but we were told a table would be available shortly. We were given a beeper which had reception within a block of the cafe so we could wander until a table was ready for us.... More

What a gem! Cheery, warm and inviting. The perfect place to come after hiking all day in Point Reyes. Drinks- great selections of wine by the bottle and glass as well as beer on tap and by the bottle. I went with a cocktail. Each choice was a classic with a creative fresh twist. I tried the Station House margarita... More

It's been a few years since we were here, and we were not disappointed this time. Still great food, espresso served in *pint* glasses, relaxed atmosphere. Often as many locals as tourists. Will be back on our next visit in the area!

There was only one other restaurant in town that was open when we were there. Both were very busy. Looked like a lot of locals eat here. I ordered the BLT, which had plenty of thick bacon. :My husband had the chicken sandwich, which he also enjoyed. The service was good. All in all a good experience.

To be fair, we were not really that hungry when we visited. We just wanted a cocktail and something light for dinner. It was late and we were a bit tired, as well. Our cocktails were a bit off. Not sure why. But our oysters were nice and chilled and the popovers were tasty. We both ordered salads. The beet... More

The calamari was the best I've ever had. Fried oysters were slightly grainy. Burgers were decent. We were too full for dessert. We went after lunch so it wasn't terribly crowded. We sat outside in the terrace. There were a few yellow jackets but they weren't aggressive. Service was excellent.
