What a find! Situated at the turn to the lighthouse, this little restaurant has a great selection of breakfast items and an equally delicious array of lunch items.

One of the few places to eat in Point Arena during the week. We had breakfast and lunch. Both were wonderful! Everything was fresh.

We stopped in for a bite to eat. It was 11:14 am and they had just stopped taking breakfast orders. Rats...I had really been wanting breakfast, but thought, oh well, they have to keep to a schedule. So that was disappointing, but we went ahead...and ordered from their lunch menu. Beware! We had to wait until the cook had finished making all the breakfasts, before he started cooking the lunch orders. We were finally served at 12:08 pm. Waaaaay too long to wait. The food was good though. I had their fish tacos. Everyone at the table was satisfied with their meal. Also, one of us ordered a special coffee. It was never served.More

Stopped in for breakfast on our last day staying @ the lighthouse. We got there not long after they opened so we’re able to sit inside. Best things were the homemade sausage patty and the potatoes. Pancakes were bland and dense. Expensive for what it...is…More

While in Pt. Arena for the week ate at the cafe 3 times two lunch one breakfast. Excellent Benedict breakfast. Fish and chip and fish tacos were delicious. Burger was ordinary. Liked they offered salad as side not just fries. Excellent service and friendly.

I had the Captain which is a mix of different seafoods. Some were good, some were ok and others not so good. My wife had a chicken cobb salad, the chicken was pretty minor part of the salad. The combination appetizer platter was way overcooked.

Visited on a Thursday at 9:30am. Was able to get a table for 6 people without a wait. Good hot coffee, and everyone’s meal was excellent! I got the Monkey omelet and it was so fresh and delicious. The hash browns were cooked to perfection...and tasted phenomenal! The staff was friendly and efficient. Nothing to complain about here. Go! You won’t regret it.More

This is a great place to eat. Service is friendly and efficient. Fish tacos were over the top. Fresh cod in a beer batter with extraordinary sauce. Just enough spice kick. Salad was fresh with strawberries. Hubby had fish and chips. Excellent. Second time here...and will come back. They do breakfast too.More

Had two dinners here while staying in the Point Arena area. Fish and chips and burgers were excellent. Brussel sprouts were the best and sooo many, brought some home for dinner the next night. Covid free outside dining.

We ordered by phone for a take away picnic. Fish & chips, fish tacos, angus burger. All delicious, packed in recyclable containers (yeah!), ready right on time. Huge portions, great value for the price. There are not a lot of choices in Point Arena, so...very glad that this one is there.More

We stopped here after our visit to Point Arena and we are so glad we did. We both had fish - I had fish tacos and my husband had fish and chips. He ordered the five-piece and they accidentally brought the three-piece, at first he...was just going to let it go but then he decided he really wanted those two extra pieces! The fried fish was really good, fresh, not too much breading. The fish tacos had a wonderful spicy sauce. There are several tables out on their deck for outdoor dining and it was surprisingly warm out there considering this is not a warm spot. Service was warm and friendly and they were doing a great job with cleanliness - I couldn't believe how thoroughly they were cleaning the tables.More

This is a great little cafe. There are limited food choices out in Point Arena. Be sure to check open/close times depending on the seasons. Food is fresh made and home-style . Service was good. Place is small and food is cooked to order, not...a grab and go type place. Loved itMore
