Everything was ok. Nothing was stand out nor noteworthy. Service was, meh. I'd not bother with other options.

I recently visited a Chili’s Grill & Bar restaurant in Pleasanton, CA while on travel for business and I have to say it was one of the worst experiences. From the moment I entered the restaurant, I did not feel welcome by the Chili’s attendants who were on duty. The attendants were rude and I received nothing but poor and... More

We visited on Sat, Jan 16 for dinner. Dinner was good as always at Chilis. We split the steak fajitas, chips and guac and the molten lava cake. We went for the $30 for 2 on our server's recommendation. I wish I could remember his name (RJ?) as he was the best server that we've had in a long time.... More

I like to go here knowing each chain is basically the same. I always know what to expect. My fav thing here is the fajitas. It's the only thing I order. They need to change up their food and do something new. I hardly ever go anymore...

We were last there with three kids under 5. Manager came by twice to see if we needed anything and that we were well taken care of.

The novelty of this chain wore off long long ago. This is essentially Denny's with a a different logo. In fact, Denny's probably has more variety and freshly prepared food than Chilis. However, they have a bar, and still popular with large groups looking for cheap eats.

My wife and I went to Chilis for a relaxing mid-week meal. We sat in the bar are where the atmosphere is a bit more active. They had at least 7 television screens going two baseball games and the basketball playoffs. It was nice having a drinking and watching the games without the sound being overbearing. Chilis menu is big,... More

I've been going to Chili's restaurants for years - and this one is one of the better ones. The decor is updated and enjoyable, the service was excellent. The food has been updated recently to modern tastes and reasonably sized (not overly large) portions. Prices typical. Flavorful options. The place was busy for a Saturday evening but the service didn't... More

Service is good and fast. Food is typical American diner with choices for everyone. I liked the tablet feature in everytable so you can pay whenever you are done. Also, and particularly good for large groups, you can split your check easily which is great for expense reporting.
