Bricks is a fun place to have a great meal. The food is always tasty and well prepared. Get there early if you want to beat the crowds. Can get a little noisy with all the people having a great time. Old Town is fun to take a stroll to burn off a few extra calories from their wonderful menu.... More

My husband and I had lunch here during a one day visit in Placerville. Bricks is in a lovely old brick building in historic downtown Placerville. The service was genuinely friendly. The interior is very comfortable with a variety of seating. We were seated in a front window area which provided a view of downtown activity and it was a... More

Last dinner I had there was husband's birthday and it was great, as usual. My sister and I drop in for lunch every few weekends and always split a plate of the sweet potato planks and one of the IPAs on tap. Way more food than we can eat and soooo tasty. Be sure to order them!

We eat here every month. Always good. Great selection of beers. Good service most of the time. Last night I ordered a beer that was not my taste. They took it back and volunteered no charge. Super foodies move on however. Burgers and beer all the way!

And service fine but very loud. Busy for dinner so you should get reservations. TVs for all. There is free parking lot across the street.

The food and service are great but it's a little pricey. The bar is nice and very friendly. Full bar. The wine is higher than most other places in town. Nice for a special dinner.

The food is okay, service good, noise level very high. This is a popular place for people who like a noisy crowded busy atmosphere. The bar is always crowded, people getting jammed in close and jostled as other people and servers pass by. The dining area is also so noisy that we screamed at each other at the same table... More

Ate dinner there a few months back with a friend...this is a great little place to do that...nice feel inside. We had salads and we're quite happy with our meals...and drinks. The place was crowded, and that is a good sign.
