This Price St. eatery is not always crowded -- and we like that! We've never tried it for lunch (back of menu). My wife had the Phad Thai lunch plate w/ shrimp, which was very tasty. I had Pahd Woon Sen -- bean threads w/ Calamari which was very good (it was very mild; but they have chili and spicy... More

Went here for lunch once during a 1 hour break from a conference just up the street and were late getting back. Solid food, but probably the slowest kitchen in the county. Do not go here if you are on a tight schedule. Once the food arrives, it's all pretty good but not outstanding.

The dinner was good. but the menu on the website is outdated. BBQ chicken was listed online as $13.95 but when I got to the restaurant it was $ 16.95!!

We visited this restaurant on a Saturday evening and it was very quiet, this didn't deter us and we ordered a curry each. The portions were very big and good value. The service was good and they were very helpful.

With many wonderful Thai restaurants to choose from in the Five Cities area. My husband and I always go to Thai Talay. Wonderful atmosphere, great service with a friendly smile. We are very fond of curry and enjoy the Pumpkin curry that Thai Talay offers. If you are not fond of pumpkin then they have a handful of other curries... More

Let me begin by defining 'Derp' - Awkward, clueless, distract-o-cat, etc. My partner and I dropped in for dinner and were both looking forward to eating here. When we walked in the door and waited to be seated, we thought maybe the hostess was on break. No one greeted us, no one seated us. After awhile we flagged down someone... More

We had a fabulous meal. The flavours were tantalizing and danced on the tongue! We had a night stopover in Pismo Beach and came across the restaurant on the edge of town - and, wow, what a treat! I've spent a while in Thailand and this little eatery didn't disappoint! The staff were also very helpful and they were very... More

The food was pretty good but service is not a given. There are no Thai front of house and so you are dealing with American service levels ie. if you want it, you have to demand it - and pay in the large expected tip.

Having visited this restaurant a couple of times in the past, we decided to have lunch here again. Though service was good, the food was not up to par. The green curry seemed like white curry, flavorless and spicy. We hardly ate much of this. The Pad Thai noodles were quite good including the Garlic chicken. Remember medium spicy here... More
