At Seared we shop for the freshest ingredients available daily from farmers markets and local growers. Our seasonal menu incorporates garden fresh vegetables with locally raised beef as well as Certified Angus Beef Brand, the quality which tops off the USDA scale at its highest rating. Our menu items change according to different produce and seafood seasons. This is our way to get the freshest ingredients from the fields and the sea, to you! Much of the seafood we purchase is line & rod caught, and all of it is sustainably harvested. Enjoy!

One of the best parts of vacation is discovering great places to eat and this has to be one of the tops on our list. Recommended by our hotel, this little gem quickly became our favorite and we ate here every night we could.

My parents favorite restaurant, the best of our 4 meals was the gnocchi..waygu ribeye tough, overcooked & prime rib special was so tough, no one ate it. Waitress seemed interested in getting the table cleared, we ordered and 10 minutes later food arrived.

We loved this area. Downtown Petaluma was a nice surprise. We wanted stake and we were not disappointed. The prime rib was excellent. These guys know how to serve your meat cooked at the term you request.
