My friend took me to McNear's for my Birthday celebration. I have been to McNear's many times and I am always satisfied. I especially like the fact that McNear's has been around for a long time and is located in the heart of downtown.

My favorite drinking establishment in downtown Petaluma is also my favorite easting establishment in downtown Petaluma. Multiple drafts, crafty cocktails, and eclectic entrees are on offer. McNear's is next door to the fabulous Mystic Theatre, so you can have dinner and a show in close...More

My kind of place, with an old bar, plenty of draft beers and TVs, and something for everyone on the menu. Next door they have live entertainment, which I’ll have to come back for another weekend. Nice area for sitting outside and watching people walking...More

Was over in Petaluma doing errands and stopped by McNear's for lunch at the bar. I enjoyed nice ahi tacos, a glass of chardonnay and conversation. Nice spot.

Sat outside and had some drinks and nachos to share. The steak nachos were so good and a nice portion. Drinks were good too, nice beer selection.

I love this old watering hole. A very fun place with a great menu, great beer menu, nostalgic vibe that caters to everyone. Fantastic service. I had a happy hour beer and calamari with a fried chicken salad with BBQ ranch dressing
