About
It's all about big flavors at Roy's at Pebble Beach. The Hawaiian-fusion theme places fresh seafood front and center. Sushi, sashimi and blackened rare ahi tuna are prepared to perfection. Lobster Bisque, Tosaka-Wasabi Swordfish and Mango-Jalapeno Encrusted Ono are to die for. But meat lovers never take a back seat at Roy's. Ginger-Scallion Crusted New York Steak and Roy's Charred Garlic Honey-Mustard Beef Short Ribs are only two of the many meaty menu choices. Combine that with a dynamic wine list and exceptional desserts and you have one impressive dining experience. Roy's trendy, casual and energetic setting at The Inn at Spanish Bay features views of the Pacific Ocean and The Links at Spanish

Among the few restaurants with wide ocean views , located at Spanish Bay Resort within Pebble Beach. Very popular. Often filled with families staying at the report and can be noisy given the amount of glass and hard surfaces but for daylight viewing this cannot...More

Doubt you could hear it from inside. Was there is December, and bagpiper before sunset. Not sure if they adjust the timing when days are longer. If not, would be quite late for lunch, and quite early for dinner🤔
